buttermilk
flour
sugar
baking powder
baking soda
salt
1. Beat egg lightly in medium bowl. Add vegetable oil and buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in liquid mixture. DO NOT OVER MIX.
3. Set a griddle pan to medium heat and pour 1/4 cup per pancake into heated pan brushed with vegetable oil.
4. Pancake should be turned when bubbles form over top and edges slightly brown.
